Paper Plane

Ingredients

• 3/4 ounce bourbon
• 3/4 ounce Aperol
• 3/4 ounce Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
• 3/4 ounce lemon juice

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients into a shaker
2. Add ice and shake until well-chilled
3. Strain into a coupe glass
