Negroni

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
  2. Add ice and stir until well-chilled
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube
  4. Garnish with an orange peel
